Pizza Stromboli


· Bread dough
· 1 block brick cheese (sliced)
· 1 can pizza sauce
· ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (divided)
· ¼ teaspoon dried oregano (divided)
· 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
· ½ cup green pepper (chopped)
· ¼ cup onion (chopped)
· 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
· ½ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
· 1 package pepperoni (sliced)
· 5 ounces sliced deli ham


1. Roll out dough into a rectangle on a greased baking sheet.
2. Layer with brick cheese, pizza sauce, ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder, ⅛ teaspoon oregano, mozzarella cheese, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, parmesan cheese, pepperoni and ham.
3. Roll up (jelly-roll style) starting with a long side.
4. Pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.
5. Sprinkle with remaining garlic powder and oregano.
6. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes (until golden brown).
